He has worked at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, as well as hospitals in several other states, including Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia, before settling in the Tampa Bay area.
Dr. McFadden has a way of making it seem like every patient is his top priority. He prides himself on giving honest assessments, even if that means the best thing for a particular patient is to refer them to a different specialist who can better help them achieve their goals.
Dr. McFadden explains everything in an informative and straightforward way and always makes people feel like they are being cared for in the same way he would treat one of his family members or a close friend.
Dr. McFadden lives with his wife, Michele, in St. Petersburg, FL. When he is not pursuing his passion for expanding his medical knowledge and procedural skills, he enjoys spending time in the Florida sunshine and surfing.

Mishele was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. With over nine years of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked across the country, providing compassionate care to patients in California, Oregon, Ohio, Indiana, and Florida She now pursues a higher degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (Est. 2025).
Mishele takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their treatments. She finds true joy in assisting others and loves connecting with patients on a personal level by sharing stories from her own life, which helps build connection and trust. Her warmth and willingness to go the extra mile make her a patient favorite.
Known for her exceptional skill in IV placement, Mishele has a knack for finding even the most difficult veins, ensuring patients receive treatments with minimal discomfort. She also personalizes each patient’s experience by incorporating soothing music, pleasant scents, and her calming presence during treatments.
As the practice manager at Arcanum Aesthetics, Mishele balances patient care with running the behind-the-scenes operations of the clinic. She’s almost always available to answer patient questions and provides detailed guides to ensure they understand their treatment plans. Her organizational skills shine, especially in her work with weight-loss patients, where she ensures everyone is well-informed and empowered.
Outside of the clinic, Mishele enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. McFadden, and their dog, Lacey. She loves line dancing with friends, checking out new breweries, and unwinding with any of the Harry Potter movies.
Mishele was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and has over eight years of experience as a registered nurse, working all across the country, caring for patients in California, Oregon, Ohio, Indiana, and Florida. She is incredibly passionate about caring for patients in the surgical setting and truly enjoys compassionately guiding them through the recovery process postoperatively.
Mishele is currently pursuing higher education in her field by working to attain her Nurse Practitioner degree. She is very excited to expand her scope of practice and provide her patients with even better care. Mishele values education and loves talking with her patients about their treatment options and answering all of their questions about their pre-and post-care instructions.
In addition to assisting Dr. McFadden with procedures and administering IV therapy, Mishele also wears the hat of Practice Manager. When she is not hard at work, you can find her taking a leisurely stroll to Starbucks with her husband, Dr. McFadden, and their dog, Lacey, or perhaps taking a much-deserved nap with Harry Potter on in the background.
