Mishele was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. With over nine years of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked across the country, providing compassionate care to patients in California, Oregon, Ohio, Indiana, and Florida She now pursues a higher degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (Est. 2025).
Mishele takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their treatments. She finds true joy in assisting others and loves connecting with patients on a personal level by sharing stories from her own life, which helps build connection and trust. Her warmth and willingness to go the extra mile make her a patient favorite.
Known for her exceptional skill in IV placement, Mishele has a knack for finding even the most difficult veins, ensuring patients receive treatments with minimal discomfort. She also personalizes each patient’s experience by incorporating soothing music, pleasant scents, and her calming presence during treatments.
As the practice manager at Arcanum Aesthetics, Mishele balances patient care with running the behind-the-scenes operations of the clinic. She’s almost always available to answer patient questions and provides detailed guides to ensure they understand their treatment plans. Her organizational skills shine, especially in her work with weight-loss patients, where she ensures everyone is well-informed and empowered.
Outside of the clinic, Mishele enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. McFadden, and their dog, Lacey. She loves line dancing with friends, checking out new breweries, and unwinding with any of the Harry Potter movies.
